User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains how to ask and what happens next.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. What we hold about you

If you have contacted WinnerSoft, what we hold is what you entered in the contact form — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your message — together with technical logs containing the IP address that submission came from.

The full detail is in our privacy policy.

2. How to request deletion

Email contact@winnersoft.co.th with the subject "Personal data deletion request" and include:

  • Your name
  • The email address or phone number you used to contact us
  • Whether you want everything deleted, or only part of it

3. What we do next

We acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it — the timeframe set by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

When it is done, we confirm in writing what was deleted.

We may ask you to verify your identity first, so that nobody else can request deletion of your data on your behalf.

4. What we may have to keep

There are cases where we cannot delete immediately. We state them here rather than promise more than we can deliver:

Once the required retention period ends, this data is deleted as well.

  • Accounting and tax records that Thai law requires us to retain, if we have transacted with you
  • Data needed for an unresolved legal claim or defence
  • System backups not yet past their rotation, which are overwritten on the normal schedule

5. Data from Facebook and Instagram

The WinnerSoft application connected to the company's Facebook Page and Instagram account accesses only pages we own, and does not store personal data about people who visit or interact with them.

We therefore hold no personal data of yours from that channel to delete. If you have commented on or messaged our page, that content lives in Facebook's systems and you can remove it yourself from your own account.

If you want us to remove a comment or message of yours that appears on our page, send the request the same way as above.

6. If you are unhappy with the outcome

If we decline your request, we will explain why in writing.

You have the right to complain directly to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
